Anya is a Michigan native and a proud graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute, as well as Central Michigan University, where she earned a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology.

With a lifelong passion for sports, she competed for five years as a Division I Track & Field and Cross Country athlete, where regular recovery and injury-prevention massages sparked her interest in the body's ability to heal. This experience inspired her to provide the same care and support to others.

Anya blends her athletic background with a restorative approach, supporting anyone seeking wellness and healing. She takes pride in personalizing each session to meet her clients’ individual needs.
