Every session is thoughtfully customized to relieve tension, reduce stress, support recovery, and promote overall wellbeing. Specializing in therapeutic massage, light Swedish massage, Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Lipedema-informed care, pre- and post-surgical support, and Reiki, Lite Touch Massage Care offers intentional, client-centered care that supports the body's natural healing processes while encouraging relaxation, improved mobility, and healthy lymphatic function. Sessions are unhurried, personalized, and designed to help you feel more at ease in your body.

HSA/FSA Information:
Massage therapy services may be eligible for HSA/FSA use depending on your plan. If your card is declined at the time of payment, an insurance-compliant receipt can be provided for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
