Inspiration
After a career in the medical field and the school system and seeing the many short comings of them both, I wanted to provide members of the community with a non pharmacological approach to total body wellness.

HTK was established in January 2021 with the hopes of providing relaxation, pain, stress and anxiety relief to members of our community. Our goal is to offer different alternatives to promote self care and wellness in the most holistic and natural way.
