Aubrey Hart grew up in rural Wisconsin and graduated from UW-Madison in 2017 with a double major in Spanish Language and Latin American/Caribbean/Iberian Studies, with a minor in Gender and Women's Studies. After personal health challenges revealed the transformative power of massage therapy, she redirected her path toward healing.

Aubrey completed the 1,000-hour Master Massage Practitioner program at the Southwestern Institute for Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona, earning an additional 100 hours in Medical Massage and Myotherapy, passing her MBLEx with distinction in 2022. She is also attuned to Reiki III in the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition.

She specializes in Craniosacral Therapy, Neurotouch, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Deep Tissue Massage, offering a wide range of modalities tailored to each client. Aubrey is a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming practitioner with a passion for working with clients navigating complex health conditions, neurodivergence, prenatal care, and oncology. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and licensed in North Carolina, Arizona, and Wisconsin.

Outside the treatment room, Aubrey enjoys hiking, camping, weightlifting, one-wheeling, crafting, cosplaying, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and attending festivals & concerts with her husband. An avid traveler with roots in Venezuela and Peru, she adores exploring new parts of the world and learning about other cultures. She hopes to one day become an instructor and teach massage therapy locally, nationally, and globally.
