I began my journey as a massage therapist in 1997 at the Phoenix School of Holistic Health in Houston, Texas. After graduating, I returned to my hometown in Robeson County, North Carolina, where I practiced until 2000. Seeking to enhance my skills with a medical focus, I pursued further education at Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh, NC. I am certified in various modalities, including Trigger Point, Medical Massage, Cupping, and Neuromuscular Release, allowing me to tailor each session to meet individual needs. Outside of work, I cherish time with family and friends, enjoy beach outings, camping, and exploring DIY projects, as well as indulging in my love for Disney.
