I have been doing massage/ practicing for about 9 years professionally! I have a deep interest to help people manage their pain/ help educate people in different ways to help their body.

I am trained in many different techniques but mainly focus on therapeutic work such as Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release, including some table Thai techniques. These types of bodywork therapy can provoke a sense of deep relaxation for many people as well. I also provide prenatal and lymphatic massage!
