Haley is a lifetime McDowell County resident looking to help clients relax, and build a comfortable connection between their body and mind. She began studying at Center For Massage and Natural Health in Asheville looking to find solutions for family and friends needing relief from stress and chronic pain and has since made it a goal to reach out and show others the benefits that lie within taking pause for yourself to recover from the stressors of day to day life.
