I have been licensed for over 14 years.  For most of these years I have focused my practice in Apex, and Cary.  While working closely with physical therapists and chiropractors, I have had the honor of treating a very diverse population with many different musculoskeletal disorders.  This has qualified me to deal with many injuries and illnesses. I firmly believe that each massage session should be focused on the health of the individual and each individual has different needs based upon their age, lifestyle, illnesses and injuries. massage can help with many physical ailments.
