First, it’s Effective, Casey released the tension to my right-side Neck & Shoulder And Second, her technique is Different: “tricking” the nervous system to release tight muscles. I will definitely schedule follow-on sessions.

Glad I went. Back ache feels better already after initial visit. The techniques used are very beneficial for relieving pain and Kassandra explains as she goes. For me, it got painful at times but she would stop at too high a pain level.
