Massaging her brought her real relief—and gave me a sense of purpose that has stayed with me ever since. That early experience taught me the importance of compassion, patience, and a gentle yet effective touch—especially for those living with chronic conditions. Today, I specialize in a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy. Each session is tailored to your body’s unique needs, and I take special care in working with chronic illness warriors, including those living with Sickle Cell Anemia, Fibromyalgia, and other long-term conditions.
