I have been practicing massage since 2006 after graduating from the North Carolina School of Natural Healing in Asheville, NC.  I am skilled in several modalities including Swedish Circulatory Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Lomi Lomi Massage. I use polarity and cranial sacral techniques on the body's energetic systems to help my clients find a deeper relaxation and internal balance. I enjoy helping individuals who are experiencing pain, especially in the neck and shoulders area as well as low back and hip flexors.  I tend to use medium/firm pressure but am able to adapt as indicated by my clients needs.
