Welcome, I am Meredith Eileen Hampton. I was very fortunate to graduate from Asheville School of Massage & Yoga in 2019. I have a very parttime private practice in North Asheville, where I welcome 3 - 5 clients a week. I have availability Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

My practice at its core is holistic, heart-centered, intuitive and client informed. My experience as a bodyworker thus far combined with my 25+ year study of yoga & mind-body medicine, has led me to trust in the intelligence of each person's healing journey.

The physical nature of my work is primarily influenced by: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish & Esalen Massage.  I also combine energetic work into each session.
