I offer a range of therapeutic services, including massage therapy that covers deep tissue, trigger points, relaxation, massage cupping, hot stones, and abhyanga. I have extensive knowledge and experience in the energetic and reiki field, which I would love to share with you. Additionally, I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner, providing consultations and Holistic Health Coaching to help those seeking balance in their mind, body, and spirit. After identifying any imbalances, we can create a comprehensive plan that may include Ayurvedic body therapies, herbal formulas, Ayurvedic Yoga, daily routine implementation, and dietary suggestions.
I have been in private practice for massage since 2010 and have worked in Ayurvedic Spas and Wellness Centers such as Prama Wellness Center, Blue Lotus Ayurveda in Asheville, Shankara Ayurveda Spa in Boone, and Sivananda Wellness Center in the Bahamas. I have taught yoga for over 20 years and offer private and small groups with Hatha Yoga, breath work, postures and meditation.
My Luminous You Program is a six-week program that allows you to be the main character in your own story. It is a Holistic Journey to better health and well-being through habit evolution. If you want more stamina during your day, better digestion, deeper sleep, and a better understanding of yourself and your patterns, then this is for you!
The Beauty of LUMINOUS YOU is that you get to design your program. Customize your 6-week coaching program to best suit your needs.
1. Guided Imager and Intention: Conduct a guided meditation on your inner knowing and create your what, why, and anchor statement.
2. Evening and Dinner Rhythms: Learn new habits on earlier and lighter dinners including recipes.
3. Attune to Healthy Daily Habits: Start your day right with simple tips.
4. Holistic Sleep Routines: Create nourishing habits that help wind down your body and mind.
5. Begin your Day with Mindfulness: Create Gratitude each day and declutter your mind to be more present.
6. Breathe, Movement: Breathwork and a 20-minute yoga routine to nurture your mind and body.
7. Self Care, massage, oiling, and dry brushing: Learn the practice of Abhyanga, self-massage, and create a self-care routine that helps improve lymph, joint mobility, and peace of mind.
8. Sitting in silence and meditation: Working together to build or begin a meditation practice that works best for you. Spiritual counseling can also be available in this session.
9. Create Healthy relationships with food: Empower your digestion to work optimally and eat foods that are great for your constitution.
10. Private Yoga or Energy Session (each an hour): Live or via Zoom
My studies have included California College of Ayurveda and New World Ayurveda, where I completed the coursework to become an Ayurvedic Educator and Practitioner. I currently have over 2,000 hours of Ayurvedic education and experience. Together, we can explore how to best bring balance into your body, mind, and spirit.
