I’m a licensed massage therapist born and raised in Montana’s Bitterroot Valley. After years of physically demanding work, I developed a strong appreciation for how stress, injury, and repetitive strain affect the body. That experience led me to massage therapy as a way to help people recover, move more freely, and feel better in their bodies.

Each session is thoughtfully customized using techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, cupping, and hot stones to meet your individual needs and support lasting balance and relaxation.
