At Embodied Wellness, I provide therapeutic massage designed to support relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.

I’m a licensed massage therapist from Montana’s Bitterroot Valley. Years of physically demanding work gave me a deep understanding of how stress, injury, and repetitive strain affect the body. I use this experience to help clients move more freely, recover from tension, and feel better in their bodies.

Each session is customized to your needs, using techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stones, and cupping to promote lasting balance and relaxation.
