Mystic Zen Wellness Center: Rooted in Missouri, Refined by Experience

​At Mystic Zen Wellness Center, we believe wellness is a lifetime of learning and a daily ritual of comfort. Our founder’s journey began right here in the Missouri wellness community over 25 years ago. She started her path at Mystic Valley in 1999, where she received her Reiki certification, before graduating from massage school and joining the Center for Mind, Body, & Spirit in 2002.

​Her clinical foundation was further strengthened by years of study at Logan College of Chiropractic, providing her with a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics. In 2011, she moved to Maryland, where she spent 15 years owning and operating a successful holistic studio. Now, she has returned home to Missouri to reopen her "Plan A"—Mystic Zen.

​We operate on a "Coaching vs. Doing" philosophy. Whether you are here for Yoga, Energy Work, or a revitalizing Chair Massage, our goal is to use every moment as a teaching opportunity. We don't just provide a service; we empower you with the knowledge to lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
