I, Claira Town LMT, offer full body and deep tissue massage for individuals under stress, in pain, or with muscular dysfunction. I use a variety of techniques that are designed to address your individual circumstances.
I received my Massage training in Columbia at the Columbia Area Career Center. I completed a 750 hour course with an emphasis on Anatomy, Kinesiology and manual techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Stretching techniques. I have also completed an additional 70 hours of Neuromuscular Training, and specialize in Breathing dysfunctions, arms, shoulders, hips, and TMJ issues. I enjoy helping mothers before and after birth to keep, or re-gain proper function of the muscular system. I have about 5 years of clinical experience.
