I am a graduate of Riverland Community College's Massage program now  directed by Karla Caruso. It is a recognized NCBTMB accredited school and is known for its massage students being 100% employed by graduation. Riverland is one of Minnesota's top massage schools as the program exceeds the requirement of classroom and clinical hours. The program I graduated from included 736 total program hours and a little over 100 clinical practice hours. I believe in challenging myself to actively keep learning new modalities and continuing to grow in my skills and craftsmanship. I also offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab, to active stretching, relaxing and more, I can work with your body to help you find your inner peace, your own healing of mind, body, and soul. Having been in the industry for several years now, it is my hope that you will allow me to help you Heal with a Purpose and walk along side you on your journey to optimal health.
