I have worked in the body and healing arts industry for almost 15 years; since December 2011.  I completed my massage therapy school at Lake Superior college after which I went on to study craniosacral therapy though the Upledger institute.  I have additionally studied Reiki, sphere, stone  and other therapy's primary focusing on alternate ways of healing.  I have studied and still study Astrology as well as herbology which I feel have added a layer of holisticism which my practice would otherwise have lacked.  I feel better when I am learning something and I suspect a life time of growing my knowledge is before me.   I started to focus on my healing journey when my daughter was 6 months old. I decided I didn't want to pass my trauma to her so I made a commitment to my healing journey.  This lead me to deal with depression and anxiety more intimately; directly in the face, and come to understand what can be learned from them. I have developed some skills over the years sitting in healing cyclers, studying with shamans, and growing to find my own understanding of who I am in this world.  My hope is that I can offer you some support as you also find your own unique way in this world.
