With over 17 years of experience, Lauren combines therapeutic skillfulness with intuitive touch, and incorporates scientific enhancements for a truly immersive experience.

Lauren has combined her years of experience and expertise to enrich the quality of life of others. She brings to the table, 17 years as a Professional/Licensed Massage Therapist, 12years of medical massage experience, over 13+ years of management in the wellness industry/consulting/supplemental staffing experience, and 21+ years of experience in the special events industry. She is also a Certified Health & Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute.

Lauren has a passion for creating a healing experience for people in home, at work, at events...literally meeting people wherever they are to provide the pain and stress relief as well as the sense of well being that they may not event realize they need .
