My private and colorful office is located near the corner of Cass Lake and Elizabeth Lake Roads. I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for 20 years as well as an AcuDetox Specialist for 10 years. Every Massage or Bodywork session with me is customized to fit your specific needs, whether you need the benefits of therapeutic and stress relieving pure relaxation or the deep muscle relieving techniques of acupressure and/or reflexology, we will work together to help you achieve your bodywork goals. I am trained in traditional Swedish Therapeutic Massage techniques, as well as Chinese Acupressure (Tuina) and Eastern Reflexology and I am a level II Reiki Energy Worker.
