Do I accept Bella Capelli gift certificates?

Not anymore. Since I am no longer located inside Bella Capelli Salon, I do not accept these gift cards. The only gift cards I accept are purchased directly through me.

Do I offer refunds?

No, generally I do not offer refunds. If you prepay for an appointment and cancel on time, I will just apply your payment to your next appointment.

Do I charge no show/late cancellation fees?

Yes. I charge up to 100% of the service cost for late cancel/no shows. This is judged on a case-by-case basis. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible! *
