This office building includes, a seated waiting area entrance lobby, handicapped accessible restrooms for both genders, Coffee and kitchenette for clients to utilize. The facility is quiet and private, therefore upon arrival you will be met at the entrance door to receive entry by myself where I will be waiting to greet you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and are happy to honor your business as follows. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled massage session that might make massage a bad idea, including fever/cold/flu/sickness, please contact me BEFORE your massage. If you are pregnant at the time of your massage appointment, please contact me BEFORE your massage.
I do my best to ensure courtesy to my clients should any event or changes need to be made on my behalf and ask the same proper respect from my clients of a simple 24 hours notice. When booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
There is a Zero Tolerance Policy for No show clients. as the appointment time could have been replaced by another client and because of so results in a loss of business income.
Furthermore any clients may be prevented from rebooking as a continued client if frequent short notice cancellation offenders.
Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No show or missed appointment.
Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment. If late you will still be required to pay full amount of original time booked. If 15-20 minutes has passed since the scheduled start time of your appointment with no arrival or communication given on your late arrival you will be presumed a no-show and may not receive service.
If a session is part of a series package your session will be revoked out of the package.
Furthermore I Chelsea with Restoring Relief Massage have the right to refuse a client of service if they also show any disrespectful , rude speech or harrassment at anytime for any reason.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment. This allows proper time to fill out necessary paperwork if you are a new client and ensure your appointment starts on time. A late arrival will affect the length of treatment time which will end as scheduled, in order to service next guest on time.

MInors are allowed to be serviced so long as the parent consent form is filled out.
