*HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT*

Thank you for your interest in booking an appointment! You are in the right place. Because Mosaic Massage & Wellness, LLC is a one-person operation and I do not have a receptionist, I use MassageBook for scheduling, reminders, payment, record-keeping, and so forth. Please note that I do not schedule appointments by phone call.

To book an appointment, click the "Book Now" button above, then log in to your MassageBook account (or create a new account). Every customer must have their own account, so please do not book appointments for family members or friends under your personal account.

Select a service and duration, then choose a time and date from the availability calendar. 

I do require prepayment. Enter payment information to secure the appointment. If you are redeeming a gift certificate, enter the four-digit code from the upper right hand corner of the certificate into the field titled "Mosaic Massage and Wellness Gift Certificate" and the value of your certificate will be deducted from the selected service.

Complete the checkout process, and you will receive an email confirmation of your selected appointment time.

If it is your first time seeing me, MassageBook will automatically email you the health intake and consent forms to be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. This means all your paperwork is done before your scheduled service, and we can jump right in to your bodywork session. 

MassageBook also sends automated reminders to help you keep track of appointments. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, there is no need to worry about reaching me during the workday when I'm assisting clients -- just log in to MassageBook to update the appointment at your convenience! Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.

*HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE*

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a gift certificate! Please email the following information to mosaicmassageandwellness@gmail.com

• Name and telephone number of the person purchasing the gift certificate
• Value of certificate (please specify if you would like to include a tip)
• How you would like to pay (card, PayPal, Venmo)
• Whether the gift certificate will be picked up during business hours or mailed to the purchaser or recipient

Once I have the above information, I will contact you to arrange payment and pick-up/mailing date.

*MEET THE PRACTITIONER*

Mosaic Wellness & Massage owner Stacy Ryan sees her own life as a mosaic of experiences that lead her to a career of serving others in the field of holistic wellness. 

Stacy entered adulthood as a secondary English and Health teacher, but paused her career to raise her three sons. During her years at home, her interest in holistic wellness and clean eating prompted her to build a homestead where she learned to raise her own livestock, tend honeybees, and grow a variety of foods from her own backyard. 

Throughout her thirties, Stacy experienced a strong pull to pursue a career as a massage therapist. In 2024, she enrolled in the Therapeutic Massage program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and graduated in the spring of 2025 with great passion, excitement, and purpose to combine her mosaic of interests in health education, writing, holistic wellness, and nurturing touch into one endeavor. Stacy looks forward to serving her community and helping others build their own colorful and unique mosaics of wellness.

Stacy lives on a dead end street beside the Sturgeon River with the love of her life, Adam, three quirky and wonderful teenage sons, and a few persnickety cats to keep them on their toes.
