My name is Samuel Miller, and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist from Florida with several years of Massage Therapy experience in New York. Massage Therapy is my passion and it's why I do it full-time to promote healing and relaxation for my clients. 
I invite you to book your Massage Therapy appointment with me, especially if it's your first time receiving Massage Therapy, or you've only gone to cramped "mall-stalls" for a sub-par massage. 
Massage Therapy is so much more than Swedish, and I can't wait to show you the benefits and amazing effects it can have on your daily life! If you are a new client, please read over the following important information before booking your appointment.

ATTENTION NEW MICHIGAN CLIENTS:
My massage therapy practice is a Massage Therapy Clinic, not a spa. Massage Therapy Clinics are regarded as healthcare and focus on therapeutic, goal-oriented treatment for specific injuries or pain, while spas prioritize relaxation, pampering, and general wellness.

Please book your appointment under the name of the person receiving Massage Therapy. If you are booking a session for someone else (gift, surprise, etc.), please book under their name of the person receiving the service.

A completed, signed and approved Intake Form is required before we can begin treatment. Immediately after booking a session with me, you will receive a link via email to complete an Intake Form. Intake Forms must be completed by the person receiving Massage Therapy. If the person receiving Massage Therapy is under the age of 18, their parent/guardian must be present with them and supervise them at all times while in the clinic, and additional waiver will need to be signed by both the parent/guardian and the client. Intake Forms are considered healthcare information and are kept for up to 6 years as required by law on MassageBook.

I require a card-on-file for all new clients. This card will NOT be charged UNLESS you have a late cancellation, are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, or No-Show for your appointment. If you have a discount or coupon/voucher, this will be redeemed prior to treatment, and checkout will be after your treatment.

Do not show up for your appointment if you are sick or have a fever within 24 hours before your appointment time. Text me as soon as you know you won't make it for your appointment. There is no charge for pre-arranged absences- only for Late Cancelations and No-Shows. 

Please arrive about 30 minutes early for your appointment and text me when you arrive and I will open the door for you. Please do not knock.

If you are late for your appointment or have not completed an Intake Form prior to arrival, we won't start on time. If you will be late for your appointment, please text me as soon as you know you will be late for your appointment. If I have not heard from you and you are 5 minutes late for your appointment, I will make every attempt to reach you. If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to cancel or reschedule and a late fee may apply. If I haven't been able to reach you in 15 minutes, a No-Show fee will apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and I have not been able to reach you, I will consider the appointment a No-Call, No-Show, and the cost of the service will be charged to your card on file.

If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness/emergency within 24 hours of the start time, please text me as soon as you know you won't make it. My number is at the bottom of this page.

If you behave inappropriately before, during, or after the massage, the session will end immediately. A refund will not be processed, and you will be blocked as a client from making future appointments.
