I love to learn and share from all of the modalities that have stood the test of time. A lot of time. Massage and frequency healing has been around for over 5000 years and is being prescribed more and more as an integrative, complementary treatment for many health concerns. I have always personally felt the power of sound and music and have been incorporating Solfeggio frequencies, nature sounds, Singing bowls, rattles, chimes and drum to my massage sessions and in group Yoga/meditation offerings over the past 4 years. 
Currently, you will experience a mini Sound bath and energy work with your massage, as I include Singing bowls tuning forks, and other sound tools in my massage sessions. There are so many ways to gently calm the nervous system and aid our bodies in all the subtle balancing acts they perform to maintain our homeostasis. Massage space is a time to share nervous systems and ground in healing intention. There are many elegantly simple tools we can use to access calm peaceful states on our own. 

Some of the bodywork techniques I have studied and practiced: Swedish, Deep tissue massage, Sports massage, Ayurveda, Sound Healing, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Qi Gong, Hydrotherapy, pre-natal bodywork, plant medicine, tuning forks, sound healing, Breathwork and Retreat. 

My style is a hybrid mix of all that I have learned over the years with a love of the long Swedish strokes with deep pressure where it is needed/wanted to pay extra attention to hands, feet and scalp. I use warm unscented coconut oil and incorporate aromatherapy and healing solfeggio and nature frequencies.

What you can expect in a massage session with me:

● A skillful massage using a variety of bodywork tools from a professional Massage Therapist since 2002

● A clean well-maintained space with safety protocols in place, curated for a calm, soothing energy.

● A good listener who will hear your expectations for the session: relaxation, pain reduction or injury treatment. 

● An endlessly curious mind about what makes us feel our best, a student of people and life. Travel and Hospitality have been my career since 1992. 

● Respect and Gratitude for your time to take care of yourself.

What I expect from you in a session:

● Please arrive on time and ready to relax and focus on your BREATH

● Please disclose any acute active illness or injury

● Clear communication of expectations and goals for your massage sessions

● PLEASE SHOWER prior to your session so that the healing oils can be better absorbed.

● Please bring a water bottle and plan to continue to relax after your healing session.
