Welcome to Achieve Wellness Massage. My name is Marian S Donahue, I started Achieve Wellness Massage with the goal of providing individualized and compassionate treatments. I am committed to assisting clients in achieving and maintaining optimal health by tailoring each therapy session based on their personal needs. My goal is to find causes of postural irregularities and pain using postural Assessments and ROM testing. I will provide any one of the modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point and Reflexology to facilitate and support each client in achieving their goal of reducing and eliminating pain. I began my career as a Massage Therapist in 2007 in Maine after completing a 825 hour program in massage therapy at Fuller Circles School of Therapeutic Massage. I am licensed in the state of Maine and also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
