Hi, I’m Amy Ouellette, LMT. I believe the human body is designed to heal through touch—a belief rooted in the same essential skin-to-skin contact we crave from the moment we are born. Having grown up with a mother who was a massage therapist, I eventually followed the calling to this path after years in other industries, bringing a lifetime of appreciation for this craft to my practice.

As a highly intuitive therapist licensed in Maine and previously Florida, my goal is to help you reconnect with your body. By blending my training in Thai Massage, Assisted Stretching, and Structural Integration, I create a customized experience designed to improve your range of motion and provide lasting relief from chronic pain. My work goes beyond the physical; I am dedicated to helping you release emotional trauma stored within the tissues. When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually gardening or exploring the natural beauty of the world around me. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
