Welcome to Reiki with Mia!

I am a certified Master Reiki practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method. Reiki helps channel life-force energy to the mind, body, and spirit. During Reiki sessions, I use a combination of crystals, sound bowls, and essential oils. These can help someone become aware of and correct misalignments in their energy field to promote self-healing. Not only do I provide reiki sessions, but I'm a reiki teacher. I teach all levels of Reiki to many of my clients. As someone who deals with chronic illness, Reiki has helped me tremendously. I teach clients how to use Reiki on a daily basis to improve their health and mindset and create a positive lifestyle change during a session. I've helped many clients who struggle with anxiety, chronic pain, and healing trauma. I have seen many clients walk out of their sessions feeling rejuvenated and light. Reiki helps a person return to their natural state of wellness. Making Reiki part of your wellness plan will help you feel balanced and in harmony with yourself and others. My mission is to help clients become the best versions of themselves and to heal. I have always loved helping people; it comes naturally to me. With Reiki, I can use my gift to help people. In my spare time, I love hiking, reading, and gardening.
