I am a Licensed Massage Therapist focused on helping my clients connect with their body’s innate healing capacity. I offer massage therapy supporting nervous system regulation(relaxation and calming) to counter the overstimulation and stresses we experience in our lives. I will also work with you and your doctors/health care team if you’re struggling with an acute or chronic issue or recovering from an injury or illness.My work is a combination of several styles of therapeutic massage and is specific to each client I work with.
