I am a Licensed Massage Therapist focused on helping my clients connect with their own healing powers. I offer massage supporting nervous system regulation(relaxation and calming) to counter the overstimulation and constant stress most of us experience daily. I can also work with you and your doctors/health care team if you’re struggling with an acute or chronic issue or recovering from an injury or illness.My work is a combination of several styles of therapeutic massage and is going to be specific to each client I work with.
