Hi! I'm Anne, a registered nurse with over 20 years of work in women's health. I was torn between becoming a massage therapist or a nurse. I was drawn to both the clinical care and the alternative medicine and realized I didn't have to choose between the two--I can honor both. RN & Zen was created to bridge science and serenity, blending medical knowledge with holistic healing to support true mind-body wellness. My approach is grounded in compassion, intention, and personalized care, offering a space where professional expertise and peaceful restoration exist side by side.
