I believe that massage is a huge necessity to one’s self-care. It is not just a luxury, though can be, it is very much something that can help your body reset, heal, and find a sense of calm. It’s apart of many’s healing journeys, and healing comes in all forms. This work is easy to love, and I truly love what I do. My sessions are tailored to each and every clients needs by staying incredibly present, leading with intension and intuitive touch. No massage will ever be the same, and I take great pride in that. I am a deep tissue massage therapist,  so lots of deep muscle work and releases, trigger point work, and some movement, is a common find during a session with me. I will sometimes incorporate tools such as cups and IASTM tools. I enjoy finding the root cause of clients problem areas, and work with them in finding relief. I hope you find your way to relief soon, it takes time, but there is always a way to feel better. Massage is only the start! Invest in yourself, you deserve it. Here’s to healing!

LOCATED IN MARION, MA: By appointment only. Inside of the Historic Captain Hadley House building on the second floor. Enter through the front door of the building. If you see my door is closed, please feel free to walk down the hallway, just past the bathroom on the left there is a small room with a chair. Have a seat and I will come get you when its time for your appointment.
