Angela Skujins is a Louisiana Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT #10516) and the founder of Kneaded Wellness, a massage therapy studio serving Haynesville and the surrounding area.

Angela’s varied background shapes the way she approaches her practice today: with attentiveness, patience, and a deep respect for the people she serves. Angela’s career has included work as a flight attendant, in corrections and security, in caregiving, and in teaching, with several of these roles running alongside her massage therapy work.

With close to 15 years of experience in massage therapy, Angela launched Kneaded Wellness to bring that same level of care to her own community. Beyond traditional massage, Kneaded Wellness offers hot stones, Himalayan hot stones, cupping, red light therapy, and aroma therapy-assisted stretching — and Angela is continually working to expand what wellness can look like for her clients. Over the next year, she plans to add sound and vibration therapy, a sauna, a cold plunge, a hot tub, and a dedicated stretching lab, rounding out Kneaded Wellness into a fuller, more complete wellness destination.

Her goal is simple — to help clients feel genuinely better, in a space that feels calm, welcoming, and completely their own.
