As a Louisville native  with an extensive background in the hospitality. With an interest in massage began from a young age looking to massage and reflexology. the transition began when my father was diagnosed with stage 4 colon-rectal cancer. over the next 7 years, dove into the health and wellness as a way to help maintain my and my family members overall health. What started as a way to spend time with my father cooking, juicing and working, quickly turned into a passion for illness prevention and a healthier lifestyle. Creation curated juices, syrups, tincture and natural medicines and beverages let to an all over lifestyle change for myself. led to the decision to start massage school September 2024. Graduated AMT August 2025. 

Approach to bodywork is intuitive blending skillful techniques with a calming presence that puts clients at ease. Believes in creating a safe inclusive space every body can let go of stress and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.
