My path into bodywork and coaching stems from my commitment to my own self-healing journey. Determined to find ways to stave off anxiety and seasonal depression that were in line with my values, I dove headfirst into mindfulness meditation practice. Through this subtle yet intense mind training practice, I slowly began getting to know myself in new ways. My perspectives began to broaden and shift, awakening in me a fire to play an active role in my lifelong healing journey involving all parts of myself; mind, body, and spirit. From very small daily habits like practicing gratitude to powerful transformational experiences including 10 day silent meditation retreats, sweat lodges, and plant medicine journeys, I feel well on my healing path, and eager to be of service to others on theirs.
