I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2018. I am fiercely passionate about helping clients move, feel, and live better in their bodies. Using movement, stretching, and MFR & ART techniques, & somatic practices, I work beyond relaxation. To help your body heal, release, and restore from the inside out. Each session is thoughtfully customized to address tension, pain, and stress while creating a calm, supportive space for true therapeutic care.

*** To protect privacy & following HIPPA regulations, to help  keep our space comfortable for everyone, I ask that clients arrive no earlier than 5-7 minutes before their appointment time. 
I am unable to accommodate really early arrivals! I truly appreciate your cooperation!

Deposit is non-refundable. 
100% is charged for no show & same day cancellation.  & must be paid before rebooking. 
 If deposit is not paid prior to day of appointment, appointment time is forfeited. Rebooking must be paid in full.
