Kara is a Licensed Massage Therapist serving clients in Topeka, KS since 2022.

After a decade of working various customer service positions within the food and retail industries, she attended WellSpring School of Allied Health in Lawrence, KS, where she graduated in 2023 with an Associate of Occupational Science degree in Massage Therapy.

During her time at WellSpring, she maintained a 3.8 GPA and received over 1,100 hours of hands-on training in numerous modalities, which she combines techniques from to provide comprehensive and individualized care for all clients.

She truly believes in a holistic healthcare model and seeks to have a hand in helping clients to find mental, physical and spiritual wellness. She is looking forward to meeting you wherever you are and accompanying you on your healing journey.
