I'm certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and can help with those who need lymphedema maintenance. MLD treatments can help you feel less bloated as well as maintaining a healthy, freely moving lymph system, or maybe you've had lymph node removal or damage due to chemo/radiation, etc. 

Feel less puffy, better circulated, a lighter body, as well as a more sculpted appearance. I can and will help your lymph fluid move and circulate. MLD can help for pre-op/post-op, or injury recovery, MLD therapy is a great way to promote your body's most natural way to heal in your recovery process. 

*MLD therapy is not the same as a massage. MLD is working directly with your lymphatic anatomy & fluid, etc. This treatment should be done by someone who has proper training and certifications. Feel free to ask me about mine! With the proper technique, and correct intentional movement, it does matter who you go to for MLD treatments.
