I’m Crystal Czarneski, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Indiana and Florida with an associate degree in Therapeutic Massage from Ivy Tech and 10 years of hands-on experience. I spent more than nine years working alongside chiropractor Dr. James Thwaits, providing personalized therapeutic massage for clients with a wide range of needs.

My training includes myofascial release using the John F. Barnes approach and CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. I also hold RockTape certifications in cupping, kinesiology taping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), sometimes called scraping or blading.

I have additional training in pregnancy and geriatric massage, along with experience working with children, student athletes, adults and older adults. Depending on each client’s needs, I may also incorporate therapeutic ultrasound, TENS, Synergy Stones or FasciaBlaster work.

Each session combines techniques selected for your comfort, goals and individual needs, with a focus on easing discomfort, improving mobility and encouraging relaxation.
