About the practice: 
In a busy and distracted world we often disconnect and are unaware of the clues and signals our bodies are trying to communicate. I see massage therapy as a way to pause, feel, and listen to those signals. When else do we take an hour or two away from our phones and life’s demands? Massage therapy is an experience of presence. And I’m happy to help you reconnect with yourself.

I view massage therapy as a refresh and reset. But we are complex beings, so often it is not the end-all-be-all. I encourage you to take the head start you receive after your session and combine it with overall wellness in diet, movement, and mindfulness.
