My name is Delanie Davis, and I have dedicated my career to helping people move, feel, and live better through a whole-body approach to wellness. I am a Wellness Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Holistic Health Coach, and Holistic Nutritionist. Through ongoing education and professional development, I continually expand my knowledge so I can provide the highest level of care to every client.
As a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, I completed an extensive 40-hour certification program through International Lymphatic Wellness Training Institute (ILWTI), providing specialized training in techniques designed to support the lymphatic system, reduce swelling, encourage healthy circulation, and promote the body’s natural healing processes.
My specialty is therapeutic bodywork designed to relieve chronic pain, improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. Every session is customized to your unique needs and may include a combination of deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, cupping therapy, muscle scraping, fascia decompression, manual lymphatic drainage, and other therapeutic modalities to achieve the best possible results.
I believe true wellness goes beyond treating symptoms. By taking a holistic approach, I consider not only the physical body but also the influence that stress, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and emotional well-being have on overall health. My goal is to help you restore balance, improve function, and feel your very best.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, reducing inflammation, improving post-surgical recovery, reducing stress, or simply investing in your health, my mission is to provide compassionate, personalized care in a welcoming environment where you can relax, heal, and thrive.
I would love the opportunity to be part of your wellness journey. Book your bodywork session today and experience therapeutic care that supports the body, calms the mind, and encourages lasting wellness.
Before Your First Visit
A client intake form is required prior to your first appointment.
