Whether you are seeking deep relaxation or more focused therapeutic bodywork for areas of tightness or pain, I begin by listening to you. As an experienced bodywork practitioner, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and enjoy exploring with you what will best support your body.
Together, we shape a session tailored to your individual needs, comfort, and goals—whether that means focused attention to areas of pain and tension, space for deep relaxation, or a thoughtful combination of both.
I'm currently making all appointments via phone call or text message.
I may reactivate on-line booking at a later date.
I bring a strong belief in holistic health and the power of touch into my work; and I am passionate about the positive benefits of therapeutic massage for Body, Mind, and Spirit. From this whole person perspective, I understand there could be a root cause of your symptoms, which may not be where you are experiencing discomfort, dis-ease or pain. This is especially true for chronic symptoms stemming from stress, anxiety, aging, injury, weakness, auto-immune or other health challenges. As your facilitator, I can help bring awareness and together we can explore other potential areas to work on that could bring longer lasting relief. As we work together, my hope is that massage and bodywork become an integral part of your health and wellness journey.
As a trauma-informed massage therapist and mental health advocate, I understand not all pressure and types of touch are comfortable for everyone. I am committed to treating your nervous system with care. While I believe in the benefits of touch, silence and stillness, your comfort is top priority and I focus on creating a collaborative environment that allows for clear and open communication as needed throughout the entirety of the session. If you have questions you would like to discuss prior to a session, please contact me. I'd be happy to set up a time to talk and discuss any questions or concerns you have.
