Roots has a stylish, relaxing environment very conducive to the massage experience. The therapist are always friendly, professional and hard working. I always leave thankful to have had the experience.

Kinda a random location. Could hear people talking outside the room at one point. I had trouble finding the place which made me anxious and not calm right before the massage.
