I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel better. I realized at a young age how much intentional touch has the power to shift how someone feels.

After volunteer work and raising my family I decided to follow my dream and I graduated from RCMT in April 2019. I opened my private practice the same year,  adding experience from both chiropractic and spa settings.

To me, massage is more than manipulating soft tissue, it’s about supporting all the body systems individually through working on the body as a whole.

In essence, my goal is to help you feel better through massage—in its many modalities, through manual lymph drainage and the support you need individually. 

I’m a massage therapist licensed in the state of Idaho, certified through ACOLS in Manual Lymph Drainage with an emphasis on Advanced Post Surgical MLD.

I also hold a certification in Yomassage®️ and trauma-informed care.
