I’m Aubrey Ahlman, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). My practice as a CLT focuses on evidence‑based Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) to help manage lymphedema, post‑surgical swelling, and other forms of chronic edema.

In addition to lymphatic care, I provide therapeutic massage to support pain reduction, mobility, and stress relief via multiple modalities. Each session is goal‑oriented and personalized to the client’s condition and tolerance

I believe in a holistic and collaborative approach. With client consent, I coordinate with referring physicians, physical/occupational therapists, and other clinicians to align treatment plans, share progress updates, and support continuity of care. When appropriate, I provide home‑care education (self‑MLD, simple bandaging strategies, and skin‑care basics) to maintain gains between visits.

I’m currently accepting new Idaho clients and my Washington license is in process. I’m also obtaining my National Provider Identifier (NPI) to facilitate future insurance billing. However, at this time, I do not accept insurance.
