Meet Kelli Auger, LMT:

My journey in bodywork has always been driven by my passion for helping people heal, recover, and feel better. After 18 years of practicing massage therapy, I had to step away from hands-on work due to injuries and because of this had to reevaluate how I could continue serving others while caring for my own health.

That experience gave me a deeper appreciation for the body's remarkable ability to heal when given the right support.

I am excited to return to practice through Monticello Restorative Therapy, with a specialized focus on therapies that promote healing, recovery and nervous system regulation.
