Sarah Leal has been serving Maui since 2007. She has an athletic background, and gravitated naturally to a love of the body and health. Shortly after being licensed in massage in 2003, she became a certified yoga and Pilates teacher and personal trainer. She since has worked with clients in Wellness Centers and Luxury Spas from Miami Beach to the East Coast, International Clients visiting Maui, and clinical massage for sports and life injuries, to shift their ideas of Massage and body. Her belief is that life can flow with ease when integrating body work, flexibility, strength. She created Massage Abundance Maui in her cottage in the heart of Wailuku, Maui , for private Massage and or Yoga/Pilates sessions. Her experience and knowledge are open to locals, businesses, and visitors who crave a deep a healing connection and higher awareness. Sarah has four children all born here on Maui. She practices Yoga daily in her parenting. She works with a network of therapists and teachers who all have the same mind set and goals of offering you the ultimate wellness experience.
