This session is for babies 4-months old to adults. If you are a new client and have never received CST before, a 75 or 90min session is recommended for best results.

This session is for infants 0-4 months old. If this is your baby's 1st appt, please book a 60min appt. If it's the 2nd appt, feel free to book a 45 or 60min appt.

This session is for an infant/child and a parent to receive Craniosacral Therapy. Ideally, a second adult will attend the session and care for the infant/child while the other parent receives a session.

The Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) series is 2-3 sessions (depending on your health situation), spaced ideally 1-2 weeks apart. After the 1st 1-hr session, you can schedule this 60-min session again, or try the 75 or 90-min CST/MLD Combo Ses
