I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2018, proudly trained at the Elaine Sterling Institute. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with a wide range of clients — from everyday professionals to elite athletes — and I bring the same level of care and intention to each session.

I specialize in Swedish relaxation, sports massage, Thai techniques, and assisted stretching. My goal is always to help you feel renewed — whether that means deep relaxation, improved mobility, or just taking a well-deserved pause. My approach is intuitive, skilled, and always tailored to your needs, creating a space where you can truly unwind and reset.
