Welcome to Radicle Bodywork. I’m Emily Jean (they/them), queer and non-binary owner and licensed massage therapist at Radicle Bodywork.

My practice is partially informed by my work in the agriculture field and many injuries that have myself and my peers have sustained over the years, and also by my deep care of people and community. While I had studied anatomy back in school, I had put those studies on hold until life came full circle and I found myself deeply curious about the body again. 
I offer rehabilitation as well as relaxation in my practice. My approach with my clients draws from my experience as a community herbalist with Herbalista Free Clinic and the Harriet Tubman Foot Clinic in Atlanta. It is important to me that my clients are active participants in their treatment plan and understand what is happening, with consent, every step of the way. 
 

Radicle (n) is the primary root of a plant, emerging from the seed embryo, and also a play on ‘radical’. Whether you have just planted the seed of your healing, and are new to bodywork, or are just looking for a different and grounded experience, my aim is to provide the roots and groundwork for your healing and help you grow wherever you are at.

Booking / Appointment information

• You will receive a confirmation and intake form to fill out before your first appointment. Please complete this at least 24hr in advance so I have time to review before your appointment and rule out any contraindications
• Fridays and Saturdays : Liminal Space Collective 483 Moreland Ave NE, Suite 1 (first floor). Park in front of the building or behind, or on Mansfield. Do not park in front on market days or during events. Do not park in Sevananda parking lot.
• All other days are currently mobile only. Email to make an appointment. Outcalls have an add on fee of $50 per location within 30 minutes driving time. Longer commutes may have an additional fee. If there are two clients at one location, the fee can be split. Must have a 15’x10’ area for setup.

Events

• Event booking is currently for table massage only. $200/hr per practitioner. Email to discuss! Prices negotiable for community care events.
