I have always had a passion for ensuring that people treat themselves with the best care. We ALL deserve it! I found the ability to be a vessel of hands on care through massage therapy. I am extremely excited to get back into a career that I know and love. From relaxation to deep tissue work and beyond, I offer custom bodywork sessions, both in office or in the comfort of your own home. We will "listen" through therapeutic touch to what your body is telling you about what it needs. We will also partner in creating an effective routine with recommended stretches, self-care tips and regular massage sessions in hopes of maintaining the best quality of life for you!
